Daddy Daughter Dance

I was fortunate enough to be able to be a part of Breaunna's first Daddy Daughter Dance. I made Breaunna's dress and a tie to match for her Dad. Enjoy the pictures:

Greg in glasses

Yes Greg has his first prescription glasses. He has been wearing over the counter glasses for the last couple of years for reading. I told him to make it to 60 years old is not a bad thing.

Playing Hooky

Greg and I struggled to get home last night from work. We both drove through some of the worse snow conditions in a very long time. We were eating dinner at 8:30 and we were exhausted.

I sent a quick email to my job to let them know that I arrived safely and was not going to be attempting work today.

Greg usually has Friday off from work but his crew decided to take today off and go in on Friday.

SO......we played hooky. It felt funny laying in bed when we should of been on the road to work but we adapted.

Greg went out and plowed us out and by lunch time we were on our way to Millington to visit Greg's parents. Charles is at a union conference in Detroit until Saturday and we wanted to make sure they were okay.

We did our Saturday shopping on our way back home and now we are just vegging for the evening. I am tired of the snow but I sure liked looking at the landscape from inside our home.

This weekend we head to the annual RV show that Greg loves and then to Ann Arbor for a Sunday drive and time with our son.
